1. MEDITATE
Aside from all the physical health benefits you'll get from doing meditation, I am sure that you'll be mind will thank you for doing it. You can include this in your daily routine too.
2. TAKE A DAY OFF
Do you have a bucket list destination you want to visit? And if you have been putting off visiting for so long, give yourself a break and go travel - take a day (dayssssss) off. IF POSSIBLE.
3. DO AN ACTIVITY THAT MAKES YOU HAPPY
Ask yourself what activity will really make you happy and do it. Eat, read, play video games, watch movies, work out, whatever it is - GO DO IT. No one will judge you if what will make you happy if to lay in your bed the whole day!
